Welcome to The Francis Family Liver Clinic at the Toronto Western Hospital. The Toronto Western Hospital is a member of the University Health Network and is a fully-affiliated academic institution with the University of Toronto.

The Liver Centre is a University Health Network Centre of Excellence. The clinic was first established by Dr. Jenny Heathcote in 1979. Our main focus is on the outpatient care of patients with Viral Hepatitis and Autoimmune liver diseases. Our activities also include inpatient consult service, research, policy-making and educational activities. Every member of our team is highly trained, motivated and dedicated to helping patients with liver disease.
